Conditioning Yoga for Runners

Increase your running speed and agility by combining physical conditioning and focused concentration. This class is designed for runners to help build endurance, challenge underused muscles, & increase flexibility. The poses are designed to stretch tight and overused muscles like hamstrings, calves, knees, shins and feet, as well as incorporating lateral movements (front & back and side to side poses) through synchronicity of the breath. Prevent running injuries like shin splints through this cross training yoga exercise.

The class will start with a warm up short jog to a stair way location where we will do some stair climb drills then head back to the studio for yoga and meditation.

Get in to the zone and enhance your running abilities by fully coordinating the mind, body, and breath. It will help improve your run, run strong, relax and have fun.
